This work is suitable for beginning and experienced explorers of creativity, and art-makers working in any medium.
- sustaining creative connection to the unconscious
- balancing community and solitude in creative work
- being able to enter and sustain states of unknowing
- protecting the psyche from criticism and distraction
- working with rigidity, blocks and avoidance patterns as aspects of the life of the psyche
- freeing the breath of inspiration
- cultivating fluidity-grounding and supporting expression as it sequences from impulse to gesture, vocalization and language
- staying grounded in oneself and one’s authentic process and language
